Returns and Exchanges
At Doxi, we prioritize transparency, consumer respect, and compliance with the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/90), ensuring security at every stage of your purchase.
1. Right of Repentance (Online Purchases)
As provided in Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, for purchases made on our website, the customer may request to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the order.
Within this period, the customer may choose between:
- Full store credit (voucher) for future purchases;
- Exchange for another size, color, or available product;
- Exchange for a higher-value product, with payment of the difference;
- Financial refund, as provided by law.
2. Approval Conditions
For the request to be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused;
- Show no signs of washing, dirt, odors, or pet hair;
- Have original tags attached;
- Be accompanied by its original packaging, when applicable.
Products that do not comply with these conditions may have their request denied.
3. Personalized Products
Personalized, custom-made, or products produced according to exclusive customer specifications cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
4. Shipping Costs
When the reason is the customer's responsibility:
Including:
- Incorrect size choice;
- Mistaken color or model selection;
- Withdrawal without defect.
Responsibility:
The costs of return shipping and new shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
When the reason is Doxi's responsibility:
Including:
- Manufacturing defect;
- Incorrect product shipped;
- Discrepancy between order and item received.
Responsibility:
Doxi will fully cover the shipping costs.
5. Store Credit (Voucher)
As a priority solution, Doxi may provide the customer with full store credit (voucher), corresponding to the amount paid for the returned products, for future use on any item available on the website.
The voucher:
- Will be issued after return approval;
- May be used on any product available on the website;
- Will follow the rules in force at the time of issuance.
6. Financial Refund
If the customer opts for a financial refund, it will be processed after the returned product is received and analyzed.
Conditions:
- Refund made in the original payment method;
- Period of up to 10 (ten) business days after approval;
- Additional delays may occur depending on the financial operator or banking institution.
Important:
The refund refers to the amount paid for the products, excluding shipping, unless the return is due to an operational error or defect for which Doxi is responsible.
If the amount is not identified within 15 (fifteen) business days after approval, the customer must contact us via the official email: admdoxiwear@gmail.com
7. General Provisions
Doxi reserves the right to update this policy whenever necessary for legal, operational adequacy, or to improve the shopping experience.
Qual medida devo priorizar para escolher o tamanho?
Sempre priorize a medida do peito. O peito é o ponto mais importante para garantir conforto, mobilidade e um bom caimento, especialmente em cães de corpo alongado.
Se o peito estiver confortável, o restante da peça tende a se ajustar melhor ao corpo do pet.
Trocas, devoluções ou reembolsos podem ser solicitados em até 7 dias corridos após o recebimento. O produto deve estar sem uso, com etiquetas e em perfeitas condições. Peças personalizadas não podem ser trocadas, exceto por defeito. Em casos de erro ou defeito, a Doxi cobre o frete.
